Sahil Tesfu

Sahil Tesfu serves as the Chief Strategy Officer and is a member of the Global Executive Management Team at Essity since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sahil spent eight years at McKinsey & Company as a Partner. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting and internships at Lufthansa Cargo, Boston Consulting Group, and Henkel. Sahil holds an MBA from IESE Business School and participated in an International Exchange Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Additionally, Sahil earned a Diplom in Business Administration and Management from the University of Münster, complemented by an International Exchange Program at Universidad Nebrija.
