Hannes Wiegmann

Hannes Wiegmann currently serves as Senior Process Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Lean Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader at Givaudan from September 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities encompassed leading optimization projects, developing a LEAN program, and participating in a global CI network.
