Lena Grasso Goncalves

Lena Grasso Goncalves is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in package development across leading beauty brands. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Packaging Business Continuity at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since January 1999, Lena oversees all aspects of package development for North America ELC brands and manages over 200 new tooling projects annually. Previously, as Executive Director of Global Package Development for Estée Lauder, Lena led a team overseeing 300+ projects, including high-volume tooling initiatives. Prior experience includes leading Global Package Development for MAC Cosmetics from February 2016 to January 2021, focusing on new product launches, innovation, and sustainability. Lena began their career as Manager of Product Development at Gryphon Development from 1995 to 1999 and is an alumnus of the Laboratory Institute of Merchandising.
