Masha Litvak

Masha Litvak is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance & Strategy and Chief of Staff to the CFO at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Masha has previously held significant positions at Teneo, including Managing Director, Senior Vice President, and Vice President. In addition, Masha was a Senior Associate at Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) and served as Director of Finance & Strategy at Macy's. Masha holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (2013-2015) and a BA in Financial Economics from Columbia University.
