Stephen Farragher

Stephen Farragher is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in strategy and financial planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Strategy for Tom Ford and Balmain Beauty at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Stephen previously held the position of Executive Director of Finance and Strategy for La Mer. Earlier in their career, Stephen was Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Manager of Investor Relations at Xylem Inc., and also worked as a Director at D.C. Capital and as an Associate at both Tinicum Capital Partners and Parthenon Capital. Stephen holds a B.COMM degree in Commerce from Queen's University and has furthered expertise with an education from Harvard Business School.
