Daniel Girona

Mr. Girona holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona (Spain) and a Master's degree in Business Law from the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona, Spain).

After practicing as a lawyer in the law firm Faus & Moliner, he joins Novartis as an in-house lawyer assuming different responsibilities during 12 years. In a first stage, he is part of the legal area of the Innovative Medicines Division and later he acts as Legal and Compliance Director of Sandoz in Spain, its subsidiary of generics and biosimilars medicines Division. In 2013 he joins ESTEVE as Legal Director and from 2018 he assumes the position of General Counsel.
