Gian Paolo Alessi

Gian Paolo Alessi is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product management and ownership, currently serving as Product Owner at ESW since December 2024. Previously, Gian Paolo held the role of Product Manager at Voltaware from June 2017 to December 2024, where significant achievements included the strategic development of innovative applications and a CRM system that enhanced user experience and customer interactions in the energy management sector. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant of the Head of Scholar Services at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where Gian Paolo improved operational efficiency through system implementation and cross-departmental communication, as well as an Assistant to the Chief of Plant at Plasticos Florencia, focusing on daily production operations. Gian Paolo holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Computer Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, along with a Master’s degree in Data Science from MBIT School and an exchange semester in Computer Science at Université de Montréal.
