Nicole Pereira-Gurnell

Nicole Pereira-Gurnell is a seasoned events and community engagement professional with extensive experience in the tech and financial sectors. Currently serving as Head of Events at esynergy since November 2022, Nicole shapes high-impact events to foster connections within the tech community. Previously, as Head of Community at Speedinvest from September 2020 to October 2022, Nicole developed strategies for founder engagement, overseeing community initiatives for over 300 companies. Prior roles include Head of Content Portfolio & Delivery and Head of Product at Skills Matter, where Nicole led content strategy and managed multiple events. Nicole's background also includes corporate access experiences at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Nomura Securities Singapore, as well as early event support roles at the Ministry of Information and Eureka Campaign Consultants. Educated at Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a diploma in Mass Communication, Nicole combines strong operational leadership with a passion for community building and event production.
