Jennifer Desa has worked in the cloud-based fax telephony industry for more than seven years. In 2015, she joined etherFAX as a Local Number Portability (LNP) Assistance Representative. Desa is responsible for the successful ordering and provisioning of domestic DID orders, confirming portability checks, completing customer port requests, and providing exceptional customer service.
