Teferi Mekonnen

Teferi is president of Oromia Bank. He has over two decades of experience in the banking industry serving the Commercial bank of Ethiopia, Wegagen in different capacities. Teferi worked at Oromia for nine years before he was appointed as CEO in 2020. Teferi holds a first degree in accounting and a master’s of business administration from Addis Abeba University.
