Donna Rawson

Donna Rawson currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Etihad since February 2024. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging at Allianz Commercial from March 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading global D&I efforts and strategic workforce planning. Donna has extensive experience in talent acquisition across various sectors and regions, with previous roles at Invesco UK as Head of Talent Acquisition - EMEA, Arcadis as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition - Middle East, and AIG in multiple senior positions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. With a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, strategic transformation, and operational efficiency, Donna has consistently contributed to enhancing employer branding and candidate experience throughout a progressive career that spans over two decades. Educational qualifications include a graduate diploma in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne and a professional certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.
