Chin Kueh

Chin Kueh is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in project accounting and financial management across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as a Project Accounting Expert at Etihad Rail since February 2021, Chin leads a team and manages financial reporting for a AED16bn project portfolio. Previously, as Director of Finance at Al Habtoor Group, influential contributions were made to multi-billion developments while overseeing a team of 13. Chin has also held CFO positions at China State Construction and other notable firms, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in financial controls, project feasibility, and compliance throughout a career spanning over three decades. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Melbourne and an accounting degree from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
