Ali al Raqbani

Ali Al Raqbani has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Vice President of Service Delivery & Back-office at Etisalat UAE since March 2009, with prior roles including Senior Director of Service Management and Projects, Director of Global Connectivity and Projects, Director of Service Delivery, and Senior Manager of Service Delivery. Ali also gained experience at PTCL as an Advisory Team Member in IT for one year. Educational qualifications include an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Khalifa University and multiple executive programs focused on leadership and strategic insights from prestigious institutions such as IMD, Imperial College Business School, and the University of California, Berkeley, all completed in 2020.
