Neeraj Bhatia

Neeraj Bhatia is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Etisalat UAE's Retail Consumer Sales since August 2016, Neeraj manages a workforce of over 1700 associates and oversees strategic HR initiatives aligned with company objectives. Prior roles include Head of Resource Planning & Recruitment at Etisalat Consumer Sales, and Head of Human Resources & Training at Al Ghurair Group, where Neeraj focused on transforming HR functions into strategic assets. Previous experience encompasses HR management positions at BurJuman, Emirates, and KLM. Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Business Management and Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
