Raf Bellers

Raf Bellers is an experienced professional in asset management, supply chain, and wastewater management, currently serving as a Board Member for EU DSO Entity and SCAMELEON VZW, as well as Director of Asset Management and Supply Chain at Fluvius since July 2018. Previous roles include Chief Supply Chain Officer and General Manager at Riobra, where responsibilities encompassed the management of sewer systems and procurement logistics. Bellers has held significant leadership positions in various organizations including AquaFlanders, InterRio, and Infrax cvba, driving initiatives in water management and infrastructure. Educated at KU Leuven with a Master's degree in Engineering and a Middle Management Programme from Vlerick Business School, Bellers brings a comprehensive background in both technical and managerial capacities within the water and utility sectors.
