Ewa Kwiatkowska is an accomplished expert in the field of ocean colour radiometry, currently serving as the Ocean Colour Radiometry Team Leader at EUMETSAT since September 2011. Prior experience includes the role of Cal/Val technical officer at ESA/ESTEC from August 2008 to July 2011, and serving as a Senior Scientific Analyst at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center from October 1999 to August 2008. Ewa began a career in research as a Postdoctoral Scientist at JAXA from September 1997 to July 1999. Educationally, Ewa holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Bradford, along with post-doctoral studies in Radiative Transfer and Wave Propagation at The George Washington University and in Electromagnetics and Optics Lab at the University of Maryland.
