Heba Mansour

Heba Mansour is an experienced GEO Quality Assurance Engineer at EUMETSAT since February 2017, following a role as Consultant Quality Assurance Engineer at the same organization from July 2012 to December 2016, where support was provided for Ground Segment Facilities of the MTG programme. Previously, Heba worked as a Programme Technical Services Consultant at Logica from September 2005 to June 2012, analyzing complex project requirements and translating them into user interface requirements through a User-Centered Design approach. Additionally, a position as a Requirements Analyst at BAA involved identifying and validating User and System Requirements for airline operations while fostering strong professional relationships with stakeholders. Heba also held the role of Training Analyst at Logica (NBK) in 2006. Heba holds a BSc in Computer Science (Human Factors) from Middlesex University, obtained from 2001 to 2004.
