The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong design aesthetic, and a passion for creating visual content that resonates with a B2Gov audience.
This hybrid role requires a combination of in-office and remote work, with the expectation to work onsite on in our new Atlanta office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual assets for digital and print media.
Design engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, social media, and email communications.
Support with short-form video creation, production, and editing (while flat graphics will be primary, video/animation experience is a plus)
Maintain and ensure consistency of the company's brand guidelines across all materials.
Develop infographics, charts, and other visuals to support product demonstrations and customer education.
Assist in creating design templates and resources for use across the organization.
Stay updated with design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B, B2Gov, or technology-focused environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
Familiarity with design for digital platforms (e.g., responsive web design, social media) and print production (including large format event graphics).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work, including digital and print design.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
