Chiel Tondeleir

Chiel Tondeleir is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the CIO and IT Director at Euractiv since March 2024, focusing on the migration into Mediahuis. As the founder and owner of Digital Competitive, operational since February 2014, Chiel ensures smooth business operations and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Functional Analyst - Migration Management at Crelan and ATM Manager at AXA Bank Belgium, both held from October 2023 to March 2024, Change and Release Manager at Baloise BE from 2021 to October 2023, and Technical Analyst at Symeta Hybrid nv from 2020 to 2022. Chiel has also worked as a Developer and Technical Analyst at various organizations, including Orbid, Digital News Agency, Ark Communications, and mink from 2017 to 2020. Chiel holds a Bachelor’s degree in New Media & Communication Technology from HOWEST Kortrijk, completed in 2012.
