Nargiz Khairlybayeva

Nargiz Khairlybayeva has a comprehensive background in engineering and industrial management, with significant experience in the resource and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Acting Director of the enrichment and metallurgy department at Eurasian Resources Group since June 2018, Nargiz Khairlybayeva has also held positions as Manager of integrated planning and strategy and Analyst on innovations within the same company. Prior to this, Nargiz worked as a Consultant in Clean Technologies and Sustainability Services at EY and completed a summer traineeship at Outotec, focusing on mineral processing. Early internships included project work at JSC “National Company “KazMunayGas” and sampling tests at Tengizchevroil. Nargiz holds a Master's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Nazarbayev University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Kazakh-British Technical University.
