Daniel Serrano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in robotics and automation. Currently serving as the Director of the Robotics and Automation R&D Unit and Head of Autonomous Systems at Eurecat, this role follows a tenure as Head of Unmanned Systems at ASCAMM Foundation, where significant integration of the Intelligent Systems business unit occurred. Prior experience includes leading unmanned systems at CTAE, managing offshore solutions at SeeByte, and software engineering at Indra Systems, where responsibilities extended to developing real-time embedded software for the Eurofighter aircraft. Daniel Serrano holds a Master's degree in Automatic Control and Robotics from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and a Computer Science Engineering degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
