Hugues Flament

Hugues Flament is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT management and fintech partnerships. Since June 2004, Hugues has served at Euroclear, currently holding the position of Head of Fintech Partnership, responsible for fintech scouting. Previous roles at Euroclear include IT Program Manager for the T2S operational acceptance and a large-scale IT program for asset servicing, along with IT Roadmap Manager overseeing significant IT portfolios and projects. Hugues has a strong background in project management, exemplified by a Prince 2 certification, and a prior tenure at Mastercard as Project Manager and Software Architect, where major projects included the transition to Maestro cards. Earlier roles include positions at Price Waterhouse and J.P. Morgan, focusing on data warehousing and software analysis. Hugues holds a Civil Engineering degree in Computer Science from Université catholique de Louvain.
