Hetal Shah

Hetal Shah has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as Group Leader for IT Field Service Management at Eurofins since March 2021, previously holding the position of IT Field Technician. Prior to this, Hetal worked at Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services from October 2012 to March 2021 as IT Manager and IT Support Coordinator, focusing on system planning, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Windows-based systems. Earlier roles include Senior IT Associate at Best Buy, where Hetal diagnosed hardware issues and managed customer support, and Notebook Repair Technician at Acer America Corp., specializing in hardware repair and inventory management. Hetal commenced a career as a Desktop Support Technician at Pious Computech Services and holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, along with IT certifications including A+ and ITIL Foundation Certificate.
