Matthias Matt

Matthias Matt is an experienced leader in operations and management within the food and agriculture sectors, currently serving as Geschäftsführer Agraranalytik Deutschland and NBL Leader Agro Testing Germany at Eurofins since August 2024. Prior roles include Managing Director for INFARM, where Matthias oversaw operations across six countries, led the opening of a major production center in Denmark, and managed significant workforce and production scale in Germany. As Founder of Bop!, Matthias established a sustainable gastronomic fast food franchise. Furthermore, at REWE International AG, Matthias held several high-level positions, including Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities encompassed managing BILLA-brand supermarkets in Italy and driving strategic turnaround initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Dipl. Ing in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin and a recent certification in Sustainability from MIT Professional Education.
