Chiara Laura Zin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, gender equality, and social inclusion. Currently serving as a Change Management Associate at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since November 2023, Chiara has held key roles at Stichting SPARK as an M&E and Research Specialist, focusing on job creation for women and refugees in Jordan, and at The Canopy Lab as a Gender and Inclusion Specialist, where responsibilities included developing a GESI framework. Prior to these roles, Chiara worked at the International Labour Organization on just transition efforts, as well as at Palladium in various capacities supporting economic growth and complex delivery solutions. Chiara's background includes positions at Vodacom and Vodafone Global Enterprise, emphasizing social impact through mobile technology and strategic partnerships. Academically, Chiara holds an MSc in Emerging Economies and Inclusive Development from King's College London and a Bachelor's Degree in International Management and Arabic from SOAS University of London.
