Natalia Makova

Natalia Makova is an experienced professional in SME finance and development, currently serving as Principal and Regional Coordinator in the Small Business Support team at EBRD since October 2009. Prior to this role, Natalia held the position of BAS National Director at the EBRD TAM/BAS Programme from April 2003 to September 2009 and worked as a trainer and consultant at the IFL - Swedish Institute of Management from January 1997 to 2007. Natalia also served as HR director at Gamma Management Group from March 2001 to April 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master of Management Education specializing in Organisation and HRM from IAE FRANCE, a management development programme in Organisational Development from SDA Bocconi, and a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Organisation and Management from the State University of Management.
