Anastasios Glaros currently serves as an IT Quality Management Officer at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Anastasios held various positions at the EU Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) from April 2017 to July 2022, including Project Control Officer and Quality Technician, and worked as a Quality Technician at GMV Insyen AG for the European GNSS Agency. Anastasios also served as a Quality Manager and Quality Engineer at Raycap from September 2010 to March 2017, and began a career as an IT Administrator at Democritus University of Thrace from August 2008 to July 2009. Anastasios holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Space Weather, focusing on Satellite Communications and Magnetospheric Storms, both from Democritus University of Thrace.
