Russell Newsom

Russell Newsom has extensive experience in support services and point-of-sale (POS) systems, currently serving as Manager of Support Services and previously as a POS Specialist at Retail Technology Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Russell worked as a POS Specialist at Restaurant Technology Group for a brief period in July 2021. Russell's background in IT includes an impactful tenure at NCR Corporation from September 2015 to July 2021 as a SaaS Data Center IT Analyst, and a role as Solutions Delivery Engineer at Brinker International from August 2007 to July 2015. Russell holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Brookhaven Community College, where studies were completed from 1993 to 1995.
