Mariel Schaab

Mariel Schaab serves as the Human Resources Director at Ayuvant and is the CEO and Founder of TheHRchapter, where leadership in HR strategies and global policy review is a focus. As the CEO and Founder of Coach4expats, Mariel provides headhunting services for international talent and relocation services for expatriates. Mariel is also a member of European Women on Boards and a C-level program graduate. In addition to extensive HR experience at Speedcast and Foot Locker, Mariel has held university lecturer positions in Latin America and Europe, specializing in HR, Global Mobility, and Talent Acquisition. Mariel holds multiple advanced degrees in business administration and labor law, complemented by training in Dutch language and labor law, as well as executive compensation.
