Monika Jezierska

Monika Jezierska, PhD, FCCA, serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for European Women on Boards (EWoB) since April 2023, focusing on promoting gender equality in decision-making roles across Europe. As a Partnerka in Consulting, Risk & Compliance at EY since February 2011, Monika leads quality and risk management for Central and South Europe and Central Asia, overseeing various compliance and corporate governance initiatives. Monika is also a Member of the Management Board at Fundacja Liderek Biznesu, supporting women's entrepreneurship and leadership development, and has been a Visiting Professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics since 2011. Monika's earlier experience includes a managerial role at Deloitte Advisory, focusing on credit processes and risk management, and an internship at Arthur Andersen. Monika's extensive education includes a Ph.D. in Economy and an MBA in Information Technology, among other advanced degrees and certifications.
