Kaviraj Kallycharun is an experienced Executive Chef and Culinary Chef Instructor with a strong background in fine dining and various international cuisines, including Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Fusion, and French. Currently serving as a Formateur PFPP at EVAM since July 2021, Kallycharun previously held positions as a Chef Instructor at Les Roches Crans-Montana Global Hospitality and César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, where responsibilities included culinary instruction and menu development. Kallycharun has extensive experience managing kitchen teams in prestigious establishments such as Sugar Beach 5 Stars Resort in Mauritius and Hilton Jeddah, and has a rich educational background in culinary arts and nutrition, including qualifications from renowned institutions such as HotelSchool - The Hague and Royal Thai Culinary Arts.
