Shana Creech

Shana Creech is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Evans Consulting since April 2021, Shana leads project management, coaching, and strategic planning for large clients, focusing on talent development and succession planning. Previously, Shana held multiple roles at Allstate from March 2005 to October 2020, including Human Resources Associate Manager, where responsibilities encompassed supporting diverse business areas, developing HR strategies, and managing the HR life cycle. As a Human Resources Senior Consultant II, Shana guided the creation of a new team structure and delivered significant talent initiatives. Shana began as a Human Resources Consultant, designing leadership programs and addressing employee relations concerns. Educational qualifications include a BA in Spanish from Roanoke College and an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
