Alissa McMillan

Alissa McMillan, MBA, has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Development as well as the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Evansville Surgical Associates Inc since July 2012. Prior roles include an internship and a position as a Patient Care Technician at Deaconess Health System from 2010 to 2012. Alissa McMillan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the same institution, earned from 2009 to 2013.
