Chad Viola

Chad Viola is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at AM Best since November 2018, and also holding the position of Community Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company since November 2022, Chad is active in the CyberEdBoard Community as an Executive Member since August 2021. Previous positions include Manager of Information Security - GRC at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Technical Manager of Information Security at Wyndham Destinations, where responsibilities involved vulnerability management and penetration testing. Earlier in Chad's career, roles included Security Operations Supervisor, Network Administrator, and Support Analyst II at Vornado Realty Trust. Chad holds a BA in Information Technology from Rutgers University, completed in 2003.
