Floor van Eijk

Floor van Eijk serves as the CISO and Head of Enterprise Security Services at NN Group, overseeing a team of over 30 cybersecurity experts focused on security assurance activities and compliance. With a robust background in IT management, Floor has held various roles, including IT Manager of Data Services & Infrastructure and IT Manager for Analytics, Finance & Risk at Nationale-Nederlanden, where responsibilities encompassed managing data infrastructure, change management projects, and transformation to Agile methodologies. Additionally, Floor is a member of the Benelux CISO Governing Body at Evanta, a Gartner Company, and brings extensive experience from a prior tenure at Accenture, where engagement in optimizing business processes and large IT implementations was prominent. Floor holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is pursuing executive education programs at renowned institutions like MIT and Erasmus University.
