Kathleen Gmitter

Kathleen Gmitter is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in emergency management and paramedicine. Currently serving as a Paramedic at Allegiance Mobile Health and as part of the HFD Telemetry team in the City of Houston since August 2021, Gmitter also has extensive experience with Event Medic Services and as a Critical Care Licensed Paramedic with Global Medical Response. Additional roles include a Captain and Paramedic Intercept at Windsor EMS, a Remote Medic for Covid Response at Safety Management Systems, and a Licensed Paramedic with Acadian Ambulance. Gmitter holds a Master of Science in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from David N. Myers University, complemented by various OSHA certifications in Construction and General Industry.
