With extensive experience in operations and finance, Sean has held leadership roles at Highlight, Sprig, and Instacart, driving significant growth and operational efficiency across various teams. Sean's career began at Cornerstone Research as a Senior Analyst before advancing to roles at Bain & Company, where strategic and operational improvements were developed for diverse industries. Sean’s educational background includes a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
