James Lee

James Lee, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Search and Evaluation at Everest Medicines, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this, James held multiple roles at Cello Health BioConsulting and Defined Health, focusing primarily on oncology and leading teams in client opportunity assessments, due diligence, and strategic market positioning. Earlier experience includes roles at PsychoGenics, where James spearheaded a personalized medicine group in oncology, and a position as a Science Education Fellow at the New York Academy of Sciences, mentoring middle school students. Academically, James holds a Post-Doc in Oncology and Cancer Biology from Columbia University, a PhD in Neuroscience from Emory University, and a BA in Biology and Psychology from Rutgers University, complemented by additional training in financial modeling from New York University.
