Claire Sibley

Claire Sibley currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition, International at Everest Insurance® since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Lloyd's of London from September 2015 to January 2022, and Global Executive Resourcing Manager at Aviva Plc from July 2008 to August 2013 where responsibilities included coordinating Executive resourcing strategies and managing key partner relationships. Claire also held various recruitment management positions at Calla Recruitment Consultancy, Bank of Ireland, HBOS, and British Airways, beginning a career in recruitment management in 1988. Claire attended The Mary Erskine School from 1981 to 1988.
