Rebecca Thomas

Rebecca Thomas, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce application architecture and delivery services. Currently serving as the Director of Salesforce Application, System, and B2B Solution Architect at eVerge Group since August 2024, Rebecca previously held the position of Senior Solutions Architect for Financial Services at Salesforce, where significant contributions included leading a major Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation. Prior to these roles, Rebecca was the Director of Salesforce Application, System, and B2B Solution Architect at Coastal Cloud, focusing on strategic solution designs and implementation plans for enterprise engagements. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Delivery Services and Customer Experience at NICE Uptivity, where Rebecca successfully managed services departments during the company's growth and acquisition. Educationally, Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
