Angi Davis

Angi Davis is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management, project management, and asset management. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at Evergreen Home Loans NMLS 3182 since August 2020, Angi previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Urban Villages, where leadership was provided for a major historic revitalization project in Seattle's Pioneer Square. Prior to that role, Angi served as Vice President of Property Management and Leasing at Nitze-Stagen & Co. Inc., overseeing a commercial property portfolio of 3.5 million square feet valued over $400 million. Angi also held the position of President at the SODO Business Improvement Area from 2014 to 2016. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from Gonzaga University and current pursuit of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Washington State University.
