Heather Alama

Heather Alama, CPIM, has extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement across several organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Everidge since May 2022, Heather has previously held key roles including Director of Continuous Improvement and Master Scheduler. Prior roles include Planning Manager and Buyer/Planner at Ichor Systems, Inc. from September 2021 to May 2022, and Production Manager and Supervisor at Microbiologics, Inc. from March 2016 to May 2021. Heather also served as Quality Assurance Manager at Select Food Products from November 2009 to March 2016, with expertise in HACCP and SQF Systems certifications. Educationally, Heather is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management and Operations Management at Minnesota State University Moorhead, having previously earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Tiffin University.
