Greg Butler

Greg Butler is an accomplished legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in high-level positions. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Eversource Energy since January 1997, Greg oversees multiple disciplines including law, governmental affairs, and corporate communications. In addition, Greg holds a role as Vice President of Federal Affairs at NEES and as a Senior Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Counsel at Niagara Mohawk Power Corp from 1992 to 1994. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Albany Law School, a Certificate in Accounting and Finance from Columbia University, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in History from Stony Brook University.
