Justin's consulting experience as Principal Consultant at Utility Advisory & Project Management focused on Power Systems and Grid Modernization. At ATCO Group, Justin directed Electric Transmission Regulatory efforts, managing substantial cost applications and project risks, and led a significant technology transformation in Work & Asset Management. Earlier roles at ATCO Electric included extensive leadership in Asset Management, System Operations, and Distribution Engineering, showcasing a strong background in the utility sector. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, a Strategic Leadership degree from Ivey Business School, and a Project Management extension certificate from Mount Royal University.
