Madalina Pasarica

Madalina Pasarica is an experienced project and product manager with a strong background in digital banking and customer engagement platforms. Currently serving as Project Manager at EveryMatrix since November 2021, Madalina previously held the role of Principal Product Owner for OmniChannel Platforms at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale from February 2018 to November 2021, where efforts focused on developing a comprehensive digital customer engagement platform. Prior experiences include senior product management roles at BCR and Alpha Bank, where responsibilities encompassed implementing business strategies for online and mobile banking, managing marketing campaigns, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Madalina holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting Management, Audit, and Expertise and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, both from The Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest.
