Luis Maradiaga is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading IT initiatives and providing software solutions across various organizations and international projects. As the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of SISTEMATICA since August 2019, Luis has significantly contributed to positioning the company among the top 20 tech firms collaborating with USAID subcontractors in Latin America and Africa. Additionally, Luis has served as an Information Technology Consultant for Evidence Action and NCBA CLUSA, optimizing IT systems and leading cross-functional teams in innovative projects. Prior roles include managing IT operations and developing impactful software solutions at Fintrac Inc. and USAID, alongside a strong educational foundation in systems engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana.
