Ricky Morris

Ricky Morris is a highly experienced systems engineer and managing director with a strong background in aerospace electric propulsion, railway systems engineering, and automotive engineering. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer at Evolito Ltd, Ricky drives innovation in electric propulsion systems for eVTOL aircraft. Previous roles include Managing Director at Snow Design Limited, and positions at YASA, Altran, WSP in the UK, Alstom, Lockheed Martin, MBDA, and Transport for London, where Ricky has led critical projects in motor controller development, railway integration, and train protection systems. Ricky holds a BEng Hons in Automotive Engineering from Coventry University, alongside various engineering qualifications from South Essex College.
