Tracy Podell

Tracy Podell is an experienced Executive Coach, Facilitator, and Leadership Consultant at Evolution, supporting startups in scaling their operations while maintaining core values since March 2018. Previously, Tracy served as an Executive Coach and Core Guide at Chief, where support was provided to women leaders navigating their leadership challenges from September 2020 to February 2022. Tracy also founded The Career Reinvention Lab to empower high-performing women to create fulfilling careers between November 2017 and September 2020. Prior roles include Director of Marketing at Pluto TV, Digital Marketing Consultant for various media companies, and Marketing Manager at Chill.com. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University and has completed coaching education in Organizational Relationship Systems.
