Will Bond

Will Bond is an experienced mining professional currently serving as the Underground Mine Manager at Evolution Mining since September 2023. Prior to this role, Will held positions including Mining Manager at MMG Australia, Mine Manager at Ma’aden Gold and Base Metals, and General Manager for the Pumpkin Hollow Underground Project at Nevada Copper. Additional experience includes roles as Automation Project Manager at Barrick Nevada, Mine Manager at MBCC, and Technical Services Manager at Thiess. Will's extensive background also features leadership positions at Vedanta Resources - Hindustan Zinc, Barrick Gold Australia, and Rio Tinto Iron Ore. An alumnus of the University of Leeds, Will earned a BSc in Mining Engineering.
