Song-Hi Pott

Song-Hi Pott is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital business process management and finance. Currently serving as SVP of Digital Business Process Management at Evonik's Specialty Additives division since January 2024, Song-Hi leads initiatives focused on Commercial Excellence in Sales and Marketing. Prior to this role, Song-Hi held multiple positions at Evonik from November 2012 to November 2023, including SVP Strategy & Finance Technology and Infrastructure, CFO North America, and VP of Procurement for both the Americas and Inorganics. Earlier experience at Robert Bosch GmbH from 2003 to 2012 included roles such as Director of Project Management in Procurement for Sensors and Senior Procurement Manager. Song-Hi Pott is pursuing an MBA at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has additional education from IMD.
